Contractor Pipedrive specialist - Sweden
Zimple is a company focusing on CRMs and sales technologies, taking care of sales teams and their tools primarily in the Nordic countries. Our main product is Pipedrive CRM which we enhance with our own products developed by our very own developers. We want to be Sales Directors’ close partners and make sure they make the most out of their sales tech to successfully lead their team.

What would be your role in this?
Pipedrive Specialist is a role that will have a huge impact on our success in Sweden. Primarily, we’re looking for a freelancer, contractor or otherwise self-employed person.
Sweden has a lot of Pipedrive potential and we need someone to serve customers at all stages of their CRM journey. Customers turn to you for both your Pipedrive abilities and your vision in developing how sales teams work.
What does it take to be our new Pipedrive Specialist in Sweden?
You would be the first to ramp up our business in Sweden. You are especially suitable for this role if you already have years of experience in B2B and/or SaaS sales and business in general. Being familiar with Pipedrive CRM is definitely an advantage, but experience with any CRM will give you a good basis for the role.
Your tasks will include these, among others:
- Prospecting new customers in Sweden
- Sales meeting with new customers, introducing them to Pipedrive CRM and Zimple’s services around it
- Explaining Pipedrive to customers and help them set up their sales process in the system
- Help customers implement their new Pipedrive CRM (primarily customer onboarding will be done using Zimple’s digital implementation materials)
- Handling customers’ support requests (this is the best way to learn the clients’ mindset!)
- Participating in marketing and communications activities – marketing is a natural part of sales at Zimple
The skills you need to have:
- Fluent Swedish & English
- Skills in Finnish and other Nordic languages is a great advantage!
- Understanding of CRM systems and their role in modern sales
- The ability to understand sales processes and business needs of various industries and types of organizations
- Ability to communicate clearly with different types of people and understand their needs effectively
- Learning quickly by trying stuff yourself – and also share your knowledge with the rest of the team
- Readiness to take action, contact new customers, bring them in and create a new success story!

We are primarily looking for a freelancer contract The terms of our contract we’ll offer your are:
- Retainer of 3000 €/month (+VAT), including 60 hours of work
- A cut of license sales profit (Bonus Model)
- Contract for time being
As you will be working alone in Sweden at first, you can work remotely from any location (preferably in Sweden, but this can be negotiated). The Finnish team will give you all the training, backup, resources and materials you need to succeed!
