Here’s a workflow example that is 100% no-code, meaning you don’t need to be a developer to set it up. All you need is to install OneClick, a Typeform, Tally or Google form survey, and a Zapier account to connect the dots.  (Any other iPaaS such as make.com or N8N work just fine!)

  1. Set Up the Trigger in Zapier – This is what allows OneClick to communicate with your survey platform. By creating a webhook trigger in Zapier, you enable the connection between Pipedrive and your survey platform.
  2. Create a OneClick Button in Pipedrive – This button, added to your deals, is what your team will click whenever they’re ready to send a survey. It’s completely customizable, so you can adjust its visibility based on users, deal stages, pipelines or configure it to show at the Deal, Person or Organization detail views.
  3. Configure Zapier to Send the Survey – Once OneClick is triggered, Zapier will find the correct deal or contact in Pipedrive, retrieve the customer’s email, and send them a survey via your Survey platform.
  4. Track Survey Requests in Pipedrive – To keep everything documented, a note can be automatically created in the deal, confirming that the feedback request was sent. You may also choose to have a custom activity marked as done instead. 
  5. Capture Responses & Bring Them Back to Pipedrive or Analytics – When a customer completes the survey, Zapier retrieves their response and logs it inside Pipedrive, creating an activity or note linked to the deal. You may also, or instead, send answers to your analytics platform, google sheets, airtable, etc.
