Implementation project

Implementing a CRM can be a daunting task. We’ve done this almost a hundred times over, let us help! This is how an implementation project with Zimple flows:

1. Kick off

We’ll determine the project team, timetable, target and project scope. Zimple’s experienced Project managers make sure everything is done according to plan throughout the project.

2. Configuration

Mapping your sales process is the key. This takes 1 – 2 workshops. After the set-up we show you a demo to make sure you’re getting what you wanted.

3. Onboarding

Let’s start using of the CRM! We’ll train your people as needed: users, admins and management. And of course, answer any questions you might have.

4. Closing

The implementation project is ended with a project closing meeting. We’ll go over any feedback from users and make adjustments as needed. There is also always a follow-up meeting after about 4-8 weeks.
